In response to the current circumstances due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a new and improved protocol, in line with our high standards of cleanliness and service. Let us explain some of the measures implemented.
Hygiene and cleanliness In all our accommodations we have an exclusive measures for hygiene and protection from the contraction of viruses, bacterial infections and prevention of contact with allergens, certified thanks to the use of Beyond devices - ActivePure © Technology, an "active" technology which affects contaminants both in the air and on surfaces, eliminating them.
In addition to the Sanitization action in all accommodations (Apartments, GuestHouse and Hotel) we use new and specific products for the prevention of coronavirus and we have adopted specific operating procedures for cleaning both private and common areas. We have increased the frequency of cleaning operations, especially in the common areas and in the points of major contact (bathrooms, kitchens, counters, terraces, halls, handles, equipment).
For any eventuality in each accommodation (Apartments, GuestHouse and Hotel) all the numbers of the nearest medical centers are available.
We check the parameters of any Covid-19 symptoms of our employee daily.
We kindly ask you to let us know in advance any specific requests and needs during the booking phase, so that we can explain it and arrange them as much as possible before arrival, in this way we can reduce waiting times and staying at the reception.
Upon booking confirmation, we ask you to indicate a mobile phone number for any urgent contact; We also ask that you provide us with the identity document of all the guests of the room or apartment in advance, in this way we can better organize the procedure of the reception and other services.
We have implemented online check-in for our apartments, offering a safe welcome, reducing social contact.
Providing a safer environment for our guests and employees is our priority. However, achieving this goal is a shared responsibility, which is why we ask everyone our guests to respect the rules of social distancing with people who don't share the same room or apartment and always wear a protective mask in the common areas.
In order to reduce contact with money, we ask to use the contactless forms of payment (debit to room or apartment account, electronic cards).
All staff are constantly trained on how to apply safety and sanitation protocols. We constantly follow changes in recommendations and guidelines to provide you with the best possible service.
Access to our locations and body temperature verification: a temperature check will be controlled upon arrival. In the event of temperatures above 37.5 ° and / or symptoms or conditions attributable to any contagion from Covid-19, unfortunately we will not be able to allow access to the hotel/apartment. We therefore ask you to travel only after having controlled your health conditions.
