For MYNAME S.r.l., owner of the portals and, protecting the privacy of its users is very important. We have therefore decided to develop a detailed paper on Privacy Protection Laws. This document describes, among other things, which personal data we collect, the purposes and methods of processing your personal data and the security measures taken in order to protect these data.

The processing is firmly based on the principles of legality and correctness in compliance with all applicable regulations. It is a policy made under the Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, art. 13 – Code regarding the protection of personal data of those who interact with our web services, electronically available through the addresses and (hereafter referred to as “the Websites”). This policy solely concerns the Websites previously mentioned and entirely managed by MYNAME S.r.l. and does not include other sites browsed by the users through links provided by the Websites.

The holder of data processing

Processors, controllers and offices of data processing
The data relating to web services on the Websites and are processed at ISP (Internet Service Provider), to an extent which is strictly necessary to supply the hosting service, and at the head office of our organization solely by technical personnel in charge of processing or by any personnel responsible for maintenance. Your data may be disclosed to parent, subsidiary or associate companies, pursuant to the Civil Code, art. 2359, or else to companies under common control for administrative and accounting purposes, as defined by the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, art. 34, paragraph 1-ter, or else to those linked to organizational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the nature of the data processed. Moreover, personal data may be transferred, with the consent of the concerned user, from MYNAME S.r.l. to certain partners selected for their sales and marketing initiatives.

The computer systems and the software procedures required to run the Websites and, during their normal operation, log certain personal data whose transmission is linked to the use of the communication protocols on the Internet.

Such data are not collected to be associated with identified users but, by their very nature, and by processing and associating them with data held by third parties, they could allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the users who connect to the Websites, addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numeric code indicating the progress of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the information environment of the user.

Such data will be used with the sole aim of obtaining anonymous statistical information regarding the use of the Site and of verifying that it is operating correctly. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site.

Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this Site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and of the necessary personal data to reply to the request and/or to provide the requested service, as well as of any other personal data in the message (and attachments) or in a specific form.

Personal data are collected during the request of information to the Websites and Such personal data will be stored, with the user’s consent, to allow him access to new proposals or, in case of reserved areas, to previously requested information. The provision of these data is optional, though refusing to provide them will make it impossible for the user to obtain the requested information/service.

The email address provided will be used by MYNAME S.r.l. to send commercial information to the user about its own services which are similar to those offered to and requested by the user at the time of the request. Notwithstanding, the user has the possibility to terminate the sending of such communication at the time of data collection and at any time thereafter.

Finally, all data (voluntarily provided data and navigation data) may be treated to pursue a legitimate interest by the holder or a third party, such as, for example, fraud prevention or other conducts adverse to the User Agreement, as well as to assert and defend a right before the court.

This Website uses Google Analytics (which is set to operate in the “anonymize-mode” of the IP address), a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address, anonymized by removing some digit) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Moreover, other persistent and session cookies will be used (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when closing the browser) and they will be strictly limited to transmit session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) in order to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the Site. The so-called session cookies used in this Site avoid the use of other information technologies which could compromise the privacy in browsing by the user and they do not allow acquire personal data identifying the user.

If required, users will receive the newsletter “Owner” as an integral part of the service provided by MYNAME S.r.l. . Users have the option to stop the newsletter subscription at any time. However, it may take some time before the preferences expressed become effective.

Processing methods

Personal data are also processed through automated instruments and are not held for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are followed to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Data subjects’ rights

At any time, the personal data subjects have the right to ask for confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration, updating or correction (Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, art. 7).
For the purposes of this same article, users have the right to request to delete, anonymize or block the data which have been processed violating the law and, in any case, to take position against their processing for legitimate reasons.

General Conditions
By providing this information when registering or filling in forms, or else when contacting us or using the Site, the user expressly accepts the terms concerning the protection of personal data. The last update to this policy took place in May 2013. The terms contained in it have become effective from that date onwards. The terms concerning the protection of personal data may be subject to occasional changes in order to reflect regulatory requirements, technological developments, updates of the Site and changes in the methods of collection and dissemination of information. Any new rule will automatically come into force at the time of its publication on the Website.
